Position Summary
- To achieve Order Booking and Revenue targets in identified set of accounts
- To nurture / develop a relationship between the customers and the organization for mutual benefit
- To act as a bridge between the organization and the customers
Major Activities (Responsibilities)
- Account Management for assigned set of accounts
- Meeting Targets as per the productivity norms set by Team Lead Inside Sales
- Relationship building with key contacts in the assigned accounts
- Understanding the existing telecom products/services and pitching the right propositions to customers to maximize share of business
- Management reporting as per requirement
- Understand the business, market needs and the competitive environment of the customers
- Help build the relationship with customers through the channels of communication like phone/email etc.
- All communication with customer will be via email and telephone, hence good tone and diction in speech will be of great value

- M.B.A. (Sales & Marketing)

- Should have a clear and well-defined focus on meeting objectives
- Should be organized in his/her work

d) Work Experience- 3 – 5 years preferably in Telecom / ISP / IT industry
