    Position Summary

    • To achieve Order Booking and Revenue targets in identified set of accounts
    • To nurture / develop a relationship between the customers and the organization for mutual benefit
    • To act as a bridge between the organization and the customers

    Major Activities (Responsibilities)

    • Account Management for assigned set of accounts
    • Meeting Targets as per the productivity norms set by Team Lead Inside Sales
    • Relationship building with key contacts in the assigned accounts
    • Understanding the existing telecom products/services and pitching the right propositions to customers to maximize share of business
    • Management reporting as per requirement
    • Understand the business, market needs and the competitive environment of the customers
    • Help build the relationship with customers through the channels of communication like phone/email etc.
    • All communication with customer will be via email and telephone, hence good tone and diction in speech will be of great value

    a) Essential Qualifications:

    • Graduation (Preferably Telecom, Computer or Electronics Engineering)
    • M.B.A. (Sales & Marketing)

    c) Requisite Skills:
    Technical Telecom Exposure

    Functional :

    • Sales Management
    • Good understanding of telecom products & Services
    • Relationship building at all levels within the customer organization
    • Should have a clear and well-defined focus on meeting objectives
    • Should be organized in his/her work

    Behavioral :

    • Excellent Communication (both written and oral) skills
    • Interpersonal Skills
    • Relationship Management Skills

    d) Work Experience- 3 – 5 years preferably in Telecom / ISP / IT industry
