    Job Description:

    International Tech Support Associate
    (Freshers and Experienced associates for managing the Inbound Process)

    Qualification :

    1. College graduates are preferred
    2. Completion of a minimum of two years college education is a requirement
    3. Experience in Tech Support domain is an advantage
    4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    5. Basic knowledge of PC use and internet navigation

    Benefits

    1. Salary of INR 200,000 to 300,000 per annum, depending on qualification
    2. Transportation for those in the night shift or a Transportation Allowance depending on employee preference
