Job Description for Altair Recruitment of Software Trainee :
We are currently inviting applications from passionate software development Trainee professionals with extensive experience in C++ programming and domain knowledge in CAE/CAD/PLM domains.
Education and Skills for Altair Recruitment of Software Trainee:
- A Bachelors/Masters/PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline with 0-1 years relevant experience in industry.
- Proficiency in C++ programming and object-oriented application design
- Experience in developing geometric/mesh generation/mesh manipulation algorithms and related data structures in industry, research, or academia
Desired candidate:
- High proficiency in mathematics, discrete geometry and numerical techniques
- Experience in scripting, Tcl/Tk or Python.
- Experience or knowledge of parallel programming and related data structures is a plus
- Understanding of CAD/CAE/PLM software a plus
- Experience with software development process environment tools is also a plus
- Requires good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
