Bank of Baroda Specialist Officers Educational Qualification
Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWA/MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent post graduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute.
Experience:
- MSME-Sales/Relationship Management(Scale-VI) – Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience in Credit client acquisition/ relationship management.
- MSME-Sales/Relationship Management(Scale-III) – Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in Credit client acquisition/ Relationship management
- MSME-Monitoring/Processing of Loans(Scale-VI) – Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience as Credit analyst or equivalent role.
- MSME-Monitoring/Processing of Loans(Scale-III) – Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience as Credit analyst or equivalent role.
- Finance/Credit(Scale-III) – Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit. For candidates with CA qualification, the Post-qualification experience shall be relaxed to 3 years.
- Finance/Credit (ScaleII) – Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit.

- Scale II – Rs.31,705-45,950/-
- Scale III – Rs.42,020–51,490/-
- Scale IV – Rs.50,030–59,170/-
Bank of Baroda Specialist Officers Age Limit
- Scale II – 25 to 35 Years
- Scale III – 25 to 37 Years
- Scale IV – 28 to 40 Years
Upper Age Limit Relaxation:
- Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe – 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (NonCreamy Layer) – 3 years
- Persons with Disability (PWD) – 10 years
Bank of Baroda Specialist Officers Selection Procedure
- The selection process for the above posts applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test.
- If the number of applications received is large, then Bank reserves the right to hold an online test also. The online test if conducted may be descriptive in nature and will be subject matter specific.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: For GD/PI would be 60% for General Category and 55% for Reserved Category.
