- This role is solely an individual contributor (IC) role.
- Should have an overall experience of 7-10 years of which banking experience of around 3-4 years and Product Company experience for around 2-6 years working as a BA/Product Manager.
- Should have worked in Core Banking application and should have been a part of core banking transitioning for an application.
- The incumbent should have experience in international payments like SWIFT,SEPA, Fedwire, Chaps,RTGS,NEFT etc.
- The applicant should have knowledge in Lending business
- The incumbent should have worked in Finacle/T24/Banc 24
- He/She should be an MBA in Finance or Banking & Finance or CAIIB qualified
- He/She should be having skills of writing good Business Requirement documents and Functional specification Document
- Should have skills to make good collaterals for the product
- Should have worked in Enterprise applications
- Should have good understanding of Financial Product architecture
- Desirable to have knowledge of BPEL/BPMN
- A good team player with positive attitude
- Proactive and motivated individual
