DRDO Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2017
Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory was established at Hyderabad in 1963 to meet the needs of complex materials for modern defence applications with a mission to develop advanced materials, innovative process technologies and related product engineering supported by basic and applied research. The vision of DMRL is to be a centre of excellence for providing total material solutions for defence systems.
Applications are invited for awarding DRDO Junior Research Fellowship (JRFs) & Research Associate (RA) at DMRL, Hyderabad, as per the table given below

| JRF | Metallurgy/ Material Science | Essential B.E./B.Tech. with first division in any of the following branches along with NET/GATE qualification 1.Metallurgical Engineering. 2.Materials Science and Engineering 3.Materials Engineering 4.Materials Technology 5.Metallurgical and Materials Engineering OR M.Tech./M.E. in any of the branches with first division at both B.E./ B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. levels Desirable: Preference may be given to those who have M.Tech degree in one of the above branches. |

| RA | Metallurgy/ Material Science | Essential: Ph.D. in any of the branches mentioned under Sl. No. 01. OR M.E./M.Tech. with first division in any of the branches mentioned under Sl No. 01 along with 03 years of research, teaching or design and development experience with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Index (SCI) journal. Desirable : Preference may be given to those having a Ph.D. degree. |

The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview at DMRL, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058 and should carry a hard copy of the application form along with the testimonials. Interview date and time will be informed in due course by E-mail. No clarifications will be given over phone.
